I've been a patient at this medical practice for over a decade! After taking the same medication for six years, I've recently been forced to contact the surgery every fortnight to request a repeat prescription. RECEPTIONIST A insists that I must use their online system, so I spent more than an hour setting up an account, only to discover that the surgery cannot actually process prescription requests online. I had to call back again. RECEPTIONIST B promised to help but said it would only be ready the following day. I'm completely frustrated with being inconvenienced every two weeks! I've now gone four days without my essential medication, which is severely impacting my mental health. I've been unable to leave the house due to heightened anxiety, all because of one unhelpful and rude receptionist. If the other staff member had answered, I could have collected my prescription immediately, as I've done for years. This experience highlights how different staff members can have such contrasting approaches to patient care.

Called the pharmacy on the 9th and discovered no prescription had been processed. Follow-up calls revealed the doctor hadn't signed off, with promises it would be handled right away. Multiple attempts later, still no resolution. The service is utterly unacceptable, and this isn't an isolated incident. They consistently refuse to connect me with a physician for the prescription and demand patients endure a minimum week-long wait for a phone consultation. The process has become unnecessarily complicated compared to previous experiences.

Every interaction with this practice is frustrating. You're expected to arrive 5 minutes early or risk cancellation, which is supposedly acceptable. However, consistently being left waiting 45 minutes past the scheduled time is ridiculous. Doctors allocate mere 10-minute consultations, even when you specifically book a double slot. Their approach feels completely impersonal and rushed, with zero genuine concern for patients. They appear more interested in processing you quickly than providing meaningful care. If their initial assessment misses the mark, they swiftly abandon any further investigation. The entire experience is a complete mockery of professional medical service!!!!!
