Loved my doctors for 15 years
I've been a patient at this surgical practice for a decade and a half, and I can confidently say it's the most exceptional medical facility I've ever encountered. The physicians demonstrate remarkable expertise and compassion, while the front desk staff consistently treat patients with the utmost respect and warmth. Relocating and leaving this practice behind was truly heartbreaking. I would enthusiastically endorse them a thousand times over if I could.

Wonderful doctors, terrible front desk attitude
The medical professionals at this clinic are exceptional. I've been receiving care here for two decades, and my grandmother continues to be a patient. Unfortunately, the front desk staff significantly detracts from the overall experience. The receptionist has consistently demonstrated a poor attitude, and recently reached a new low by aggressively yelling at my grandmother's caregivers when they sought clarification about her prescribed medications.

Rude receptionists ruined my first impression
Haven't even seen a doctor, but the receptionist staff are incredibly discourteous and unaccommodating. It takes 48 hours just to register, and you can't book an appointment until after registration, requiring two forms of identification - it's absolutely ridiculous. This wouldn't happen in London, where medical practices are much busier. The 48-hour delay is likely because the receptionists are more focused on chatting among themselves than performing their duties. I'm thoroughly disappointed that this is now my assigned medical practice, and I can only hope the doctors will compensate for their incompetent staff.
