This GP surgery is wonderful. I have been seeing one particular clinician for some time and they are among the best. Like this clinician, the other GPs I have been seen by were extremely attentive and empathetic to my healthcare needs. The reception staff are attentive and they have embraced technology for communications and prescriptions which make the whole processes much easier. I could not recommend them enough.

Only received text responses instead of appointments

I had a very negative experience with this GP practice. Throughout my two years as a registered patient, I was unable to secure an in-person appointment despite multiple attempts to book one. Communication was limited to text messages whenever I tried to arrange a consultation or request a callback. It was only when I insisted on visiting the surgery in person that a significant health concern was identified. By that point, I felt the delay had already caused considerable impact. I subsequently transferred to another practice and eventually required private treatment for my condition. I would caution others against choosing this surgery. My time there was frustrating and left me with serious concerns about the quality of care provided.

This is by far the best GP surgery I have attended. The online appointment and consultation system is straightforward and significantly simplifies accessing medical care. The staff consistently reply quickly, and whenever I have a concern, I receive a response from a clinician within seven days. In addition to their excellent efficiency, the team members are consistently warm and welcoming, with the doctor being particularly reassuring and demonstrating genuine competence in their role. I would definitely recommend this practice to others.
