I am utterly appalled by the unprofessional behavior of a receptionist who repeatedly verbally attacks my mother and her transportation drivers. This unacceptable incident has now occurred twice within a short period, where my mother and her drivers are harshly reprimanded and yelled at for being mere seconds late, despite the fact that the appointment scheduling is completely chaotic. The appointment lists my mother receives are riddled with errors, including incorrect dates, days, and even double bookings - one appointment was even mistakenly scheduled for a Sunday. The drivers, particularly an older driver and another with hearing difficulties, were treated abominably. My mother's treatment is consistently poor, and the entire situation is so distressing that it brings me to tears witnessing her and the drivers being subjected to such disrespectful and callous treatment.

Throughout my four-decade relationship with this medical practice, I've consistently received outstanding care. The complaints about discourteous personnel completely baffle me. I suspect those making such accusations might themselves be challenging patients. In all these years, I've never experienced anything but respectful treatment and have always managed to secure appointments, frequently on short notice when circumstances are pressing. I remain thoroughly perplexed by the negative feedback and would absolutely not consider switching providers.
