Exceptional healthcare service with friendly and efficient staff

Over the past couple of years, we've extensively utilized the WMC's services. The centre maintains a serene and well-organized environment, and we've consistently appreciated the welcoming and competent reception staff. It goes without saying that the doctors and nurses deliver exceptional medical care. The implementation of the NHS App has been transformative, enabling us to easily schedule appointments, access test results, and request prescriptions. Terrible medical experience with uncaring staff

A complete disaster that threatens one's well-being. At 54, I've been dealing with this medical practice since relocating here about three years ago. I underwent quadruple bypass surgery at Southampton, yet I've never actually encountered Dr. Myles in person. He made a single phone call to me. The personnel managing the NHS app are incredibly discourteous. Patients are degraded and disrespected. Their failure to provide necessary medical documentation is jeopardizing my income, and these staff members should be terminated. It seems they actually take pleasure in their unprofessional behavior....

Rude receptionist ruins first medical centre impression

I opted to switch to a nearer healthcare facility and discovered Westbourne Medical Centre was accepting new patients. Upon entering, I approached the receptionist, who entirely disregarded my presence, continuing her current task. Once finished, she began conversing with a coworker, offering no acknowledgment to me or the other waiting individuals. A simple "I'll be right with you" or any form of basic courtesy would have been appreciated. This created an extremely poor initial impression, and I found myself questioning the professionalism of the entire staff based on this interaction. Consequently, I promptly departed without further engagement.
