Confidentiality breach mars otherwise excellent medical practice

Can't criticize the medical staff, they're all exceptional, but the receptionist prevented the practice from achieving top marks. When I collected my medical documents today, consisting of two substantial envelopes, I opened one and discovered a page containing another patient's confidential medical information. That's hardly maintaining the expected level of discretion and professionalism, is it?

Awful service and parking nightmare at clinic

The front desk staff are incredibly unhelpful and inefficient. I was forced to stand around for nearly a quarter of an hour while attempting to check in for my appointment, struggling with the self-service kiosk since I was unfamiliar with the system. After patiently waiting in line, I was abruptly informed that I had supposedly missed my scheduled time, despite arriving well in advance and being delayed by their own sluggish check-in process. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, the parking situation is absolutely deplorable - finding a spot on the surrounding streets is practically impossible!

Terrible healthcare with zero patient support

Absolutely no empathy or understanding here. The front desk staff are completely ineffective, failing to handle a routine repeat prescription correctly despite it being a consistent request for over 12 months. Securing an appointment seems impossible, and the receptionists come across as arrogant and self-important, acting as if they have medical expertise. Incorrect prescriptions from the doctors are a frequent occurrence at this practice. I'd gladly switch to another surgery, but I'm trapped by my postcode limitations.
