Zero stars would be too generous for this place! The front desk staff are incredibly discourteous, and the physicians are completely ineffective - they can't even process prescription authorizations promptly, causing patients to exhaust their critical medications. Anyone seeking a medical practice that genuinely provides quality care should absolutely avoid this clinic!

Waited all day for a doctor's call

If I could award zero rating points, I absolutely would! The service quality is utterly abysmal. My wife has been anticipating a callback regarding a medical issue since early morning, and on two separate instances we were assured she would receive a doctor's contact today. When she initially attempted scheduling the appointment, she endured being on hold for over 72 minutes (first in the queue). Upon finally reaching someone, we were told she would receive a call at 4:50, and when she followed up at 5:55 PM, staff claimed they were open until 6:30 and would definitely call her. Did she receive her promised call? Absolutely not! You must start prioritizing patient health concerns and demonstrating genuine care, because this level of service is completely unacceptable! You should be thoroughly embarrassed by this unprofessional and negligent approach to patient communication.

The castle pf neglect

One neglect after another anf also misdiagnosis has left me not only in worse physical and mental health but also in bad financial state. I never new that someone whos job is suppsed to be save lives anf help livng beings atcualy not care about it at all. It feels like the dr only cares about the prestige of being a dr and thinks hes always right whitout listening to ppl and helping them. I am in process of looking to fimd a new gp who would value there patients health and lofe more than there need to grow there own ego.

This appears to be a facility where patients' conditions worsen rather than improve, with no meaningful solutions in sight. My daughter's fever remains persistently high, hovering around 38.4 despite initial readings of 39.2, and medical staff suggest continuing Ibuprofen for another fortnight. My son has been experiencing knee pain for three months, yet I'm unable to secure a simple diagnostic scan, leaving the child to endure ongoing discomfort. The physician-patient relationship is virtually nonexistent - obtaining a personal consultation seems impossible, with doctors seemingly dismissive of patient concerns. The whole situation is incredibly frustrating, and I'm at a complete loss for words.

Yasmin saved my day at the clinic

Some of the receptionists at this establishment are incredibly pompous, conceited, discourteous, and utterly devoid of compassion or understanding - essentially the most unwelcoming and ill-bred individuals I've ever encountered. However, other staff members are completely different. It seems entirely random who you'll interact with. As for the nurse, Yasmin, I wholeheartedly suggest scheduling an appointment with her. She offers comforting communication, impeccable professionalism, and an exceptionally compassionate approach. In my assessment, Yasmin represents the absolute best of her profession. Every physician I've consulted here has also demonstrated remarkable professionalism. If you're fortunate enough to connect with a competent receptionist, then you'll likely have a positive experience.

Contacting them via telephone is a nightmare - endless waiting times mean I always abandon my attempts. The staff themselves are blameless; they're consistently pleasant and helpful. Due to my full-time work commitments, getting through seems impossible, with wait times like being 15th in line. Their new online booking system demands intrusive personal medical details, which I find unacceptable. A patient's health information should remain confidential between themselves and their doctor. My frustration with this medical practice has reached a breaking point. They've eliminated on-site blood testing, forcing patients to undergo tests at the hospital - a location with challenging, costly parking. As a result, I've missed my last two blood test appointments. The entire situation is utterly absurd and inconvenient.

Dentist never showed up again

I recently attended a private consultation, where I was left waiting well beyond my scheduled time. Only after approaching the reception to inquire about the delay did I discover that my dentist hadn't even arrived at the office! Upon returning for another appointment, I was informed that the dentist was currently on vacation. I am completely outraged by this unprofessional treatment. No individual's time should be disregarded in such a manner. I showed up ahead of schedule for my appointment and decided to wait in my vehicle within the car park. Only after sitting there for about ten minutes did I actually examine the parking signage, which clearly stated the area was exclusively for gym users.
