The phone system immediately greets you with a recorded message declaring that direct in-person booking is no longer feasible. I was advised to call back at 8am on a Tuesday - precisely when I'm working. Are they living in some alternate reality?

Utterly unacceptable and callous treatment! Despite suffering from a persistent cough lasting a fortnight, I was callously denied an urgent consultation and medication (instructed to endure until the 21-day mark). Consequently, the intense coughing led to a muscle injury on my left side, ultimately forcing me into emergency hospitalization. Upon lodging a complaint afterward, the general practitioner (Dr Foo) vindictively struck me from their patient roster, essentially telling me to seek care elsewhere. Consider this a stark warning!
