Blood test appointment was quick and efficient

I attended for a blood test recently and found the procedure to be quick and well-organised. The healthcare professional who carried out the test was excellent, and I was very pleased with how the appointment went overall. I do have a question though. Why does the practice continue to require face masks to be worn? It would seem appropriate to move forward from this challenging period. Furthermore, there is growing discussion about the effectiveness of face mask usage.

Reception got me same-day appointment when I needed it

I heard the recording about treating reception staff respectfully, and I find it difficult to imagine anyone being unkind to them when they're simply trying to assist people. It's unfortunate that such behaviour exists. I spoke with a member of the reception team in the afternoon and they were excellent, managing to arrange an appointment for me the same day when I had anticipated waiting until the following week. I'm very grateful for their help. I'd also like to mention that all the staff at the practice are of a high standard, genuinely welcoming, and clearly skilled at what they do.
