Online booking made appointment straightforward

This health centre is the best I have come across. So easy to make an online appointment. Reception staff extremely friendly and informative. Clinical staff very friendly, professional and very good at diagnosing problems. The clinician I saw in particular is extremely professional, informative and a good listener.

I have experienced significant difficulty reaching the practice by phone. After receiving a callback request, my attempt to return the call went unanswered. Additionally, I have been waiting in the telephone queue for an extended period without being connected to anyone.

I have been attending this practice for a considerable time and have consistently found the service to be excellent. The entire team, including those at reception, clinical staff, and medical professionals, have always been courteous, supportive and conduct themselves with professionalism. I recently switched to my current practice after becoming dissatisfied with the care I was receiving elsewhere, which included concerns about my previous diagnosis and unhelpful interactions with reception staff. I have been extremely impressed with the team at my new practice. The clinical staff and receptionists have all been pleasant and supportive throughout my care. Quick e-consult responses and good continuity

I rarely need to attend the surgery, but when I do go, I receive good care. The tailored records are excellent for maintaining consistency, particularly given that my healthcare provider appears to work on a full-time basis. Electronic consultations receive prompt replies. The facilities are contemporary and well-maintained. While the NHS and general practice services are clearly under considerable pressure currently, the team continues to perform well 👍.

Reception staff made calling the surgery dreadful

My family and I made the difficult decision to leave this practice after being registered for a considerable length of time, during which we had generally experienced a welcoming and attentive service. However, our experience deteriorated significantly due to interactions with a member of the reception team whose manner we found to be dismissive, patronising and lacking in professionalism across multiple occasions. These interactions left me feeling uncomfortable about contacting the surgery, which ultimately led us to seek care elsewhere. This particular experience was deeply disappointing given the positive history we had previously enjoyed with the practice.
