The practice can deliver excellent care, but there are occasions when they introduce unexpected changes or requirements. I've experienced health concerns where referrals were made without adequate follow-up, and I was removed from their list due to relocation without prior notification about my records. I've observed that their processes can create unnecessary barriers for patients, and these processes seem to be applied inconsistently depending on individual circumstances, which undermines their stated procedures. I'd recommend being cautious and maintaining your own copies of all documentation, as records can sometimes go missing.

Caring staff made us feel understood and supported

We have been with this practice for approximately two decades. We had a wonderful previous doctor, but he retired. A new doctor arrived, and after an initial adjustment period of a few weeks, we all found him to be a lovely and caring practitioner. I have consistently been very satisfied with this practice. The staff throughout, from reception to nursing, have been lovely, caring, and kind. The team has always been understanding and helpful. Thank you all.

Refused help with prescription before registration

I recently relocated a short distance away and have not yet had the opportunity to register with a new practice. I ran out of my medication and requested a prescription to tide me over until I could complete my registration elsewhere. Unfortunately, I felt the practice was unwilling to assist me during this transition period, despite having been a long-standing patient. I was disappointed with the level of service provided.
