Should you make the mistake of mentioning additional symptoms, you will be informed that these require a separate appointment, regardless of whether they may be related to the issue you originally booked to discuss. Prospective patients should also be aware that obtaining an appointment is not always straightforward or timely. The practice appears to operate on a highly symptom-led model. Treatment options frequently involve prescribing medication; if those medications cause side effects, further medications may be offered to manage those side effects, and so the cycle may continue. This consistent delay essentially negates the purpose of carefully selecting a specific time slot.

My daughter received treatment at this facility. Four years prior, she battled breast cancer....and I was grateful for Broomfield hospital's care. However, throughout 2024, she repeatedly visited the surgery presenting symptoms that were unmistakable warning signs of cancer spreading. Each time, she was dismissed without any investigation into the underlying cause. Continuing to endure excruciating pain, she ultimately sought help at Broomfield hospital's emergency department on 11 October, having been completely abandoned by the previous medical practice. Tragically, on 7 December, she succumbed to stage 4 liver cancer. Be prepared to receive my formal complaint detailing your deadly negligence.

Following two visits and numerous form submissions, they subsequently informed me via phone that they had erroneously processed my application and that their center does not serve my geographic region. It appears the staff members are more in need of medical attention than the patients they claim to serve.

Some of the receptionists, though not all, were exceptionally unhelpful, with a particularly obstructive older woman typically manning the front desk. After voicing my concerns about the doctor's service, I was summarily banned from the surgery. Since transitioning to Beauchamp House, I've experienced a remarkable difference. Within just one month, the doctors and nursing staff have ordered numerous additional tests and uncovered more significant medical insights than Whitley House did in two decades. They genuinely appear to demonstrate authentic concern for my healthcare.

My energy is perpetually depleted, leaving me so exhausted that I wake up depressed daily, struggling to even leave my bed. The fatigue is so intense that I physically feel its weight around my eyes. Despite my obvious symptoms, medical professionals insist I'm perfectly healthy and dismiss my concerns. They claim to know me, but clearly don't understand my condition. It seems they're content to ignore my deteriorating health until something catastrophic occurs. I'm convinced they'll only take notice when I'm deceased, and they'll be forced to explain why. Not once have they referred me to a specialist like a cardiologist or taken any meaningful action to address my health issues.

Despite my pleas for medication to help my child recover quickly, they consistently respond that I should allow the condition to persist for three weeks, only returning if the problem remains unresolved. I suspect you've received directives from higher management (likely due to budget constraints) to avoid prescribing medication, instead repeatedly telling patients to return after a waiting period. It appears your approach is to deliberately delay treatment, only addressing medical concerns after they've significantly worsened. PS to those responsible: I'm not interested in phone calls. Address the issues I've highlighted, and you'll see patients leaving your practice with genuine satisfaction. I remain open to updating my review if service quality improves
