I reached out this morning to schedule my Covid-19 booster shot and was treated with absolute disrespect by the receptionist. When I requested to consult with a doctor, I was flatly denied. This is just another instance of ongoing issues with this medical practice - previously, they misdiagnosed my daughter's kidney infection as mere muscle pain and completely disregarded our concerns. I am thoroughly frustrated and appalled by their unprofessional conduct, and I will definitely be seeking a new GP with a more compassionate and attentive staff.

Appalling treatment. My client is immobilized, and his elderly parents, approaching 80, have consistently delivered repeat prescription requests in person. As they now struggle, I sought an online ordering account for them. All family members are prepared to complete the necessary authorization forms, with two holding power of attorney. The receptionist merely repeated some absurd manager's directive, claiming the manager said it was impossible. What right does this incompetent manager have to deny my disabled client online access? What about the Equality Act 2010??

The primary issue stems from my daughter experiencing an astounding 24 bouts of tonsillitis within a single year. The administrative staff was supposed to forward hospital documentation about the referrals our general practitioner had submitted. After multiple attempts to follow up, we were ultimately informed that parental consent was required to transfer medical information. However, no one actually reached out to us. Consequently, other children were prioritized for procedures, while my daughter continues to be repeatedly prescribed antibiotics that have become ineffective due to the excessive number she has taken over the past twelve months. The ongoing pandemic cannot justify such careless handling of a child's medical condition and the resulting educational disruption.

My initial vaccine in March was seamlessly administered, with the staff demonstrating exceptional organization both in the parking area and inside the facility. The second dose in May followed a similar pattern of efficiency, with only a slight variation being the marginally extended waiting time - approximately 10 minutes longer than my first visit. This slight delay seemed attributable to the increased number of people arriving simultaneously, and I overheard one individual mentioning they had arrived at 4:30pm for a 5pm appointment.

I've been registered with this medical practice since 1979 (previously situated on Moulsham Street) and I can genuinely affirm that it's absolutely the finest healthcare facility, with compassionate and empathetic doctors, outstanding reception staff, and top-notch amenities. The sole drawback is the challenging online booking process, as appointments are frequently unavailable, forcing patients to ring on the day and cross their fingers for a telephone consultation during pandemic restrictions. If they could improve their appointment scheduling system, they would be flawless; nonetheless, as a medical practice, they come highly endorsed.
