I consistently secure appointments with remarkable speed, and the physicians and personnel are incredibly welcoming. These are undoubtedly the most exceptional healthcare professionals I've ever been associated with.

Terrible service impossible to book an appointment

Completely revolting service. It's impossible to secure an appointment, even when arriving well before opening hours. Their phone system is an absolute nightmare. Call at 8 AM and within two minutes, they claim everything is fully booked. The next day, I was stuck on hold for 17 excruciating minutes, only to have a staff member claim she couldn't hear me and abruptly hang up. Another call, another 15-minute wait, and shockingly, no emergency slots were available. I'm left wondering how anyone manages to book an appointment here. The booking process is utterly broken, whether you try in person or by phone. To be fair, the reception staff are generally pleasant and seem to work under challenging conditions, and the hang-up was likely just an isolated incident. Nevertheless, trying to get an appointment here is an incredibly frustrating experience.

I recently contacted the medical office regarding an older gentleman, and the receptionist's professionalism was truly remarkable. She promptly arranged for a physician to follow up, and incredibly, a doctor called back within just 6 minutes. The physician carefully listened to the patient's medical concerns and offered flexible appointment times, ultimately scheduling a slot that best suited the patient's preference. Additionally, the doctor provided responsible medical advice by recommending against driving. The overall service was exceptional, and I found myself wishing my own medical practice could match this level of efficiency and care.

Dr W. Bentley stands out as the most compassionate, empathetic, and warm-hearted general practitioner I've ever encountered. Without a doubt, he ranks among the top doctors at this medical practice. Throughout numerous challenging periods, he has been an incredible support, and I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend both him and this surgery. Having been his patient for five years, it is solely due to relocation that I am reluctantly departing. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff and especially to Dr. Bentley for their unwavering assistance during these past five years. Perhaps our paths will cross again in the future!
