Terrible service with unhelpful and rude receptionists

I've been a patient of Dr. Xack for some time, and he truly excels at his profession. However, the receptionists are a completely different story - they are incredibly discourteous and abrupt. They show zero empathy towards patients' concerns. Their appointment system is frustratingly inefficient: you're instructed to call at 8 am, only to be stuck on hold for 20-30 minutes, and then told no appointments are available that day. You're forced to repeat the entire process the next day, again potentially waiting 20-30 minutes in a queue. The female receptionist is particularly unpleasant. Their operational approach desperately needs improvement, as they are neither effective nor professional. When you're unwell and seeking medical attention, being unable to secure a same-day appointment is incredibly stressful. Today, I attempted to schedule with Dr. Zak, only to be informed he wasn't available, despite being told earlier he had returned from annual leave. The staff's attitude suggests they're disinterested in their roles - if they dislike their job, they should simply resign. Reading other reviews confirms this is a recurring issue with the same problematic staff. As an army veteran battling PTSD, anxiety, and night terrors, with a physical disability, I'm working hard to manage my health. Dr. Zach is supportive, but the receptionists' unprofessionalism undermines the entire practice. If this clinic genuinely wants to improve, they must replace these receptionists with individuals who demonstrate genuine care and commitment to patient service. I understand they handle numerous calls daily, but providing compassionate, efficient communication is fundamentally their job.

I concur with numerous other reviews about the reception personnel. Despite being a patient at this clinic for nearly a quarter-century, one staff member - seemingly the female manager - has repeatedly been discourteous, compelling me to firmly address her conduct. Moreover, I'm troubled by their apparent difficulty in locating documents, suggesting an underlying organizational inefficiency that requires immediate attention. Dr. Mohindra demonstrates solid medical expertise, and I consistently request his care when possible. I'm uncertain about the other physicians, given recent staff turnover. One younger doctor, I believe named Zak, initially downplayed a lump with a scan referral delayed by almost four months, which ultimately led to an urgent cancer care referral - a deeply concerning situation. Another physician, a woman, even misdirected my ultrasound scan referral to an incorrect location. I believe these details sufficiently illustrate my concerns.

Worst medical reception ever unprofessional service

Julie at the front desk is consistently hostile, dismissive, and aggressive during phone interactions. Her communication style is demeaning and condescending, making patients feel belittled every single time they attempt to contact the medical office. The phone wait times are completely unacceptable, with callerss forced to endure over 50 minutes of irritating background music, only to be abruptly disconnected without any assistance. The entire practice is unprofessional, and it's astonishing that Julie remains employed given her appalling treatment of patients.

During my 8-year tenure as their patient, I've generally had positive interactions with the medical staff, with Brittany, the nurse, standing out as particularly warm and competent. The blood testing process was efficient and smooth. However, my recent experience obtaining a supporting medical letter for an application has been incredibly frustrating. My general practitioner has been consistently unhelpful, repeatedly failing to include essential details in the documentation. As a result, I've been forced to make multiple follow-up visits over several months, with no resolution in sight. I'm now scheduled to address this ongoing issue in another two weeks, and the continuous stress and uncertainty have significantly deteriorated my overall health condition.
