Disappointing medical care from uncaring practice
This medical practice used to be decent a few years back, but now I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. Dr. Colligan and Dr. Mohindra were competent physicians, though I haven't encountered them recently. I advise seeking out a general practitioner who genuinely shows concern for patients.

Colligan saves the day at this clinic
Dr. Colligan stands out as the sole competent physician at this practice. When I called, despite the office being open until 6 PM, I was unexpectedly told to ring back the next morning before 10:30. This, coupled with my prior unsatisfactory interactions regarding mental health with a female doctor, has left me frustrated. I would exclusively consider this clinic if Dr. Colligan were available, as he is truly exceptional.

Compassionate doctors who truly care about patients
Dr. Colligan and Dr. Mohindra are the sole physicians I trust. They are both exceptional medical professionals. These doctors consistently dedicate time to thoroughly explaining medical details to patients. After reviewing the comments, the widespread criticism of Dr. Vickers comes as no surprise to me. I've been associated with this medical practice for a quarter-century and haven't encountered anyone with positive feelings toward Vickers. The entire staff has consistently been wonderful, with a pleasant demeanor that includes a sense of humor. Regarding their responsiveness, I called for an appointment at 4:10 pm and was promptly scheduled to see Dr. Mo the following morning at 8:40... truly impressive.

Terrible diagnosis led to unnecessary suffering
I brought my one-year-old to Dr. Vicers when she was unwell and had been crying throughout the night. He dismissed my concerns, claiming she was fine and didn't require any medication. The following day, I consulted another physician, a female doctor whose name I can't recall, and she diagnosed my baby with an ear infection, prescribing antibiotics.

Unprofessional doctor shames concerned patient about health
My partner sought medical attention for breast pain, and the physician's conduct was utterly unprofessional. While a female colleague was present as a chaperone, the doctor seemingly believed my partner wasn't paying attention and made disparaging remarks suggesting she was mentally unstable for seeking medical evaluation. The entire interaction was deeply offensive and left her emotionally distressed and humiliated.

Unprofessional receptionist ruins medical practice experience
The receptionist's demeanor was incredibly unprofessional and off-putting. She repeatedly cut people off mid-sentence and seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. It's unacceptable to project personal frustrations onto patients seeking medical care. Such a disappointment, because the rest of the medical practice is actually quite excellent.
