We exclusively see Dr. Helen, who is wonderful with my special needs son, making him feel completely comfortable. She consistently provides comprehensive medical support for all our requirements. Rude receptionist ruins medical center emergency experience
I visited the dental clinic with my 6-year-old son and 14-year-old daughter and received satisfactory service during my appointment. However, an urgent toilet situation arose with my young son. The friendly receptionists directed us to the adjacent medical center. Upon arrival, I encountered a staff member named Anna at the reception who was extremely unhelpful. She sarcastically laughed and flatly refused to allow my desperate son to use the restroom, insisting the facilities were exclusively for their patients. Despite explaining the emergency and my son's urgent need, she dismissively suggested we return to the dentist's office, laughing with her colleague. I was bewildered by the presence of three unused toilets in the building and found it incomprehensible that they remained locked, especially for children. Anna's complete lack of compassion for a child in distress was appalling. Even my children were stunned by her behavior, with my daughter commenting on her rudeness. Maintaining composure in front of my kids while witnessing such unprofessional and heartless treatment was incredibly challenging. The entire situation was absolutely RIDICULOUS.
