Scheduling an appointment or obtaining a repeat prescription is always a challenge. The staff appears completely indifferent, and the physicians demonstrate a shocking lack of professionalism. The sole bright spot is the exceptional nurse, who stands out as the only commendable aspect of this medical practice.

Terrible healthcare experience with unhelpful medical practice

Since switching to this medical practice, I've experienced nothing but frustration and disappointment. They demonstrate a complete lack of empathy towards patients' mental and physical health concerns. Attempting to contact their office feels like an impossible task, and on the rare occasions you do manage to reach someone, their staff can be extremely discourteous and lacking in professional conduct. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I advise against choosing this healthcare provider.

Terrible healthcare service destroying mental health patients

Every single week, obtaining my mental health medication becomes a challenging ordeal. Their phone system is an automated nightmare that abruptly disconnects calls. Consistently, they fail to forward my prescription to the pharmacy. Despite battling agoraphobia, I'm compelled to physically visit the doctor's office to ensure my prescription is transferred, only to be informed it will take several days before it reaches the nearby chemist. I'm perpetually stuck with remote telephone consultations, even though I genuinely require in-person medical assessments and reviews, which they inexplicably conduct without my physical presence. Overall, their service is utterly deplorable and completely unacceptable.

Terrible medical service that fails patients completely

Absolutely the most disappointing medical practice I've encountered. Their approach to patient care is completely inadequate - when you're suffering and require immediate attention, they offer nothing but useless telephone consultations. It's absurd to think a doctor can properly assess your condition through a phone call. They stubbornly refuse in-person appointments, and the process of scheduling any kind of consultation is incredibly frustrating. Even more unacceptable is their total lack of emergency care provisions. In my opinion, this GP practice is so incompetent that they should simply shut down. They're providing zero meaningful assistance to patients, and their current operational model is a complete failure.

Unhelpful receptionist fails to assist elderly patient

Took my father, who has dementia, for a blood test but misplaced the necessary paperwork. Called the medical practice to request they fax a copy. The receptionist was unhelpful, appearing more focused on his computer screen and dismissing my request. When I pointed out that assisting patients, particularly elderly individuals, is a fundamental part of his role, he remained unresponsive. The level of customer service was thoroughly inadequate. It's evident that staff would benefit significantly from additional customer care training.

Complete mockery of a medical consultation conducted via phone because they're too lazy to provide an in-person examination. Switching healthcare providers immediately as I'm in excruciating pain and will inevitably end up in the emergency room to receive genuine medical attention, since this clinic is nothing but a farce.

Terrible service and zero compassion for patients

This medical practice is completely unhelpful. The staff are discourteous and show zero concern for patient welfare. They're capable of leaving someone who calls in distressed waiting two weeks to see a doctor. By that point, I could potentially be critically ill or worse. Nevertheless, I plan to switch to a private GP, hoping they'll provide more compassionate care. Extremely frustrated and absolutely certain I'm changing healthcare providers.
