Absurdly long delays for medication refills. Their "5 working days" promise is a joke - I'm now at 10 working days with zero prescription delivery, and their sole communication was a condescending email reply. Despite paying a monthly prepayment fee, I'm forced to stretch my prescriptions to every 6 weeks because of their chronic dispensing inefficiencies... this system makes absolutely no sense.

On the afternoon of June 24th, I went to see my son, who was experiencing severe tooth discomfort. His dentist had already recommended referral to another dental office for extraction twice. Due to his medication for blood thinning, he requires clearance from his physician and needs to pause his medication for three days before the procedure. I attempted to contact the Willingham dental practice around 5:20 PM and was placed in their queue. After waiting 20 minutes, I was forced to disconnect the call for a personal necessity. When I called back approximately 50 minutes later, I discovered the practice had already closed, leaving me stranded on hold indefinitely. This level of service is completely unacceptable!

My elderly parents relocated to Upton recently and discovered Willingham by Stow surgery out of sheer necessity after experiencing substandard medical practices in Gainsborough. Initially, the surgery seemed competent, but problems quickly emerged. A discourteous receptionist and a practice nurse who becomes defensive when challenged about medical information from a professor have created frustration. The constant turnover of doctors and staff who appear overwhelmingly overworked compounds the issues. My mother's genuine and distressing medical conditions are being dismissed, with minimal compassion or meaningful assistance. The experience feels utterly futile, like repeatedly attempting to break through an impenetrable barrier. Most concerning is the noticeable decline in my parents' mental health, with clear signs of developing depression emerging from their repeated negative interactions with this medical practice.

Whenever we've sought help, we've typically been seen by a Doctor or Nurse within just a few hours of reaching out. This stands in stark contrast to our previous general practitioners, who would often make appointments feel rushed, seemingly watching the clock and aiming to usher patients out within a tight 10-minute window. If an issue couldn't be swiftly addressed, they would hastily refer patients elsewhere, unnecessarily burdening other medical services. In our experience at Willingham, this approach is entirely absent. We've found that the practitioners here genuinely aim to treat patients comprehensively, rather than simply redirecting them. We feel incredibly fortunate to have become part of the Willingham Practice.
