Despite my GP submitting the paperwork promptly, the neurologist declined my referral twice. I've undergone numerous tests, and I firmly believe that all medical professionals and staff at Willow Tree Surgery genuinely strive to provide the best possible assistance, even when circumstances are beyond their immediate influence.

The front desk staff act like medical experts, arbitrarily controlling prescription access. They've allowed an epileptic individual to go without critical medication for almost a full month. Whenever you attempt to schedule an appointment, the receptionists demand extensive details before ultimately informing you that the physician is unavailable. My four young children remain incomplete with their vaccination schedule due to the doctors constantly rescheduling and disrupting our healthcare plans.

Dealing with 2 herniated discs, experiencing excruciating pain, unable to find comfort in any position - I endured a week-long wait for a consultation. Desperate, I sought help at the emergency room, only to be told to return to my general practitioner for a neurosurgeon referral, with assurances they were aware of my condition, and then... another week-long wait for a GP appointment. Their primary concern seems to be billing, not patient care - the doctor's first action is essentially consulting Google and prescribing paracetamol. The medical staff's incompetence is astounding. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GP!!! Even a single star rating is far too generous for their subpar service.

Transferred from willow tree to northwich park A&E, where staff were kind. However, the hospital communication was a nightmare. Initially, results were claimed not to be sent, then A&E confirmed they had been dispatched, sending them again. Despite multiple attempts, no one from the practice had the decency to contact me. The doctors' surgery is absolutely terrible, with receptionists displaying zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and zero sense of patient care. I'm definitely switching practices - the healthcare system seems completely broken. What a disgrace...

I had the most terrible general practitioner experience imaginable, completely wasting my time and resources. Despite being with this practice for seven years, they managed to lose my documents, forcing me to re-register. No matter what documentation I provided, nothing seemed sufficient, and they eventually discovered I was already in their patient database. As a result, my postnatal check-up was delayed from 6 to 13 weeks. My baby's medical issue was completely mishandled, with the doctor failing to properly diagnose a rash. Even more horrifically, my other child was hospitalized and nearly died following a vaccination from this GP. When I sought help, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, attempting to blame me as a mother. Despite having a signed no-vaccine declaration for four years and my child having developmental delays, autism, and limited contact, they persistently call about vaccinations. The incompetence is mind-boggling. When my partner requested a patient confirmation, they claimed their printer wasn't working and left him without assistance for an entire week. Now they've called again about missed child vaccinations. These people are absolutely clueless, refusing to listen or care. We're nothing more than numbers to them, and it's utterly shameful.
