Completely worthless service. I called yesterday seeking an appointment for my child. They instructed me to expect a callback tomorrow at 8:30am. A callback... via telephone consultation!! Are you serious? For a medical issue requiring physical examination?! Why won't they conduct in-person appointments... Their response: "We don't." They claim they can schedule a face-to-face next week, but first you must endure a phone consultation where the doctor decides if you're worthy of an actual appointment. Meanwhile, I'm expected to manage work and my son his school schedule?! Who exactly benefits from this ridiculous system? Certainly not the patient!! The service is absolutely disgraceful. Management needs to address these fundamental problems immediately. I'm definitively transferring my son's medical care to another practice.
