Dangerous medical negligence puts patient at risk

Absolutely abysmal communication and indifference during a critical medical emergency involving my mother's respiratory distress. Called at 8:30 AM, instructed to collect prescription by 1 PM. Their office was shut from 1-2 PM, and when I returned at 2 PM, I was informed the prescription wouldn't be ready until 4 PM. My mother continues to struggle breathing, simply awaiting a routine prescription authorization. The staff demonstrated zero sense of urgency or concern. I am proceeding to file a comprehensive formal complaint about this unacceptable handling of a serious medical situation.

I seldom require medical attention, but when I do, my experience has been smooth sailing. Scheduling can be a bit challenging, though I suspect this is a universal issue across healthcare practices. Recently, I consulted with Jenny, who was exceptional. She approached my care with genuine compassion, unlike the impersonal manner some medical staff adopt. In under 20 minutes, she accomplished more for me than the emergency department managed in an entire 12-hour shift. Consequently, I have absolutely no complaints about this medical practice.

Terrible healthcare service at this medical practice

Definitely the most subpar medical practice in Coventry! The majority of the reception staff seem completely disinterested, though a few are genuinely pleasant. However, attempting to secure an appointment has become nearly impossible. Even with serious health concerns, you're looking at a month-long wait for an in-person consultation. It's utterly absurd how they simply redirect patients to call 111 or visit the walk-in center instead of providing proper care.

Frustrating healthcare experience with unhelpful staff

I spent nearly a quarter of an hour waiting on hold, only to be abruptly informed that no appointments could be booked at that moment and to try again later. The lack of compassion from the reception staff is incredibly frustrating. Patients don't contact their doctor's office on a whim - we have genuine health concerns! This experience has left me deeply disappointed and seriously considering finding a new medical practice that actually cares about patient needs.

Upon calling back, I was informed that no appointments were accessible, despite being previously assured of an available slot for my baby. After transferring my elderly mother and myself from our previous healthcare provider, we've experienced nothing but exceptional service. The reception staff are incredibly supportive, yet they frequently endure unwarranted verbal abuse from patients, which is completely unjust considering they're simply working within their established systems. I want to specifically commend Doctor Gonzales and Ronnie, who have been phenomenally caring during the times my mother has been unwell. Worst healthcare experience ever shocking medical neglect

What's the point of insurance if accessing medical care is impossible? 195 attempted calls. Despite being completely immobile, they're directing me to a walk-in clinic. Prescribing paracetamol for a fractured leg, paracetamol for coughing, and diagnosing IBS while my gall bladder is completely filled with stones. The medical practice is utterly unacceptable.
