Frustrating healthcare system fails chronically ill patient

Unbelievable. Living with a chronic condition. I've been desperately trying to schedule a doctor's visit for seven days straight. Even when someone picks up the phone, you're stuck talking to the front desk. Getting an appointment seems impossible unless you're willing to receive an experimental COVID vaccine.

The dental professionals excel in their approach to my autistic child, yet the practice's weakness lies in its administrative operations. Their contact number seems pointless, as calls are seldom answered and typically redirect to voicemail. When attempting communication via email with the head office, one receives a generic acknowledgment that the message has been forwarded to the Witham location, followed by complete radio silence. The administrative support is utterly abysmal!

My partner and I have long been patients at this practice, and their approach has been nothing short of callous and indifferent. My significant other struggles with Depression and obesity, and has desperately sought assistance from Dr Kili and their team, requesting support through weight loss programs and medical intervention. The medical staff were utterly disengaged and monumentally unhelpful. During one consultation, the doctor coldly suggested that my partner should "prioritize her life" and seek private healthcare. Isn't this precisely what the NHS is designed to do? Aren't these professionals obligated to provide care for individuals in vulnerable health situations? To anyone considering this medical practice, I cannot emphasize enough: steer clear of this surgery. Their treatment of patients is absolutely infuriating and completely unacceptable.

Terrible health centre with unhelpful and absent doctors

I absolutely cannot endorse the Witham health centre in any way. My knee injury has persisted since early May, and I'm still experiencing significant problems. The medical practice is completely ineffective, with doctors who appear incompetent and impossible to comprehend. They seem clueless about my condition, and to make matters worse, I've been unable to secure an appointment with my physician because they're perpetually unavailable during my free times. The entire situation is utterly unacceptable and shameful.

Terrible medical care left me frustrated and unheard

This surgical procedure is absolutely dreadful. They provide diagnoses via telephone without conducting an in-person examination and demonstrate a lack of understanding about specific medical conditions. They seem unwilling to educate themselves about rare illnesses and their approach is to simply prescribe opioids indiscriminately. Their staff doesn't thoroughly review patient records and hastily write prescriptions before patients can fully articulate their concerns. They refuse to bring in additional medical coverage and are overwhelmed with too many patients and insufficient medical personnel.

Zero stars would be too generous. Wasted an entire hour attempting to reach reception, only to have the call disconnected, then another hour of waiting just to try again! To make matters worse, the receptionists are incredibly discourteous and unhelpful!!

Batteries now limited frustrating customer experience

The employees are pleasant, yet acquiring hearing aid batteries has become significantly more challenging. Instead of being able to pick up 4 packs at once, they've restricted customers to just two packets. Although I'm not a local resident and merely work in the vicinity, making multiple trips to this location is a real hassle. This new policy is creating unnecessary inconvenience for me.
