Homophobic reception

Shocking place has changed so much over last 5 years receptionist openly discussed me and personal information with another member of staff called me and made homophobic comments overheard by somebody who knew me and passed a recording of it to me afterwards. Thankfully not all receptionists are like this but their are an element of them who think that they are so important sat on a great big high pedestal who do not listen to what is being said to them and think they are being clever when they send your repeat prescription to a chemist 60 miles away on purpose even though you have been getting the same prescription at the same chemist for 20 years then call you fat to your face thinking nobody Will hear it and not care that as as a result of them telling you to go out and be violent towards somebody else I can go on and on and on avoid this surgery they have not diagnosed things when they should have time and time again messed up the prescriptions even to the point of a receptionist deciding personally when you can and can’t have medication overriding the doctor why ? Want to feel self important ace some patients have a condition where they have no fear of consequences why deliberately provoke them
