I have been registered with this practice for approximately eighteen months, having previously attended another surgery for a considerably longer period. I am continually impressed by the high standard of care I receive here, which represents a marked difference from my previous experience. Appointments are readily available when needed, and the triage system operates effectively with good coordination between clinical and nursing staff. The team consistently demonstrates helpfulness and courtesy, going above and beyond to assist patients. I have found nothing to fault about my care at this practice, and I am genuinely grateful for the positive impact this has had on my wellbeing.

Reception made registration unnecessarily difficult
This practice fell short of expectations. I felt judged based on how I looked, and the registration process for new patients was made unnecessarily complicated. The staff member handling my registration and their supervisor did not handle the situation appropriately. When I mentioned my health concerns during the registration process, the experience became more difficult rather than supportive. The interaction left me feeling discriminated against and as though I was being treated unfairly. I intend to escalate my concerns through the formal complaints procedure.
