Serious concern about professionalism and patient care

Observed very poor handling of patients. Staff were defensive and unhelpful when asked basic questions. Complaint process unclear and no effort was made to de escalate or support the patient. Instead responses felt dismissive and retaliatory. This raises concerns about the practices culture and ability to care for those in genuine need.
