This medical practice discriminates against white British citizens. They are exploiting the National Health Service to extract maximum financial gain through their inept staff. If a patient dares to voice criticism, they promptly terminate your registration. Actually, they've done me a favor. I can now seek out a genuinely professional healthcare provider instead of this utterly incompetent and unprofessional establishment. Completely unacceptable and shameful!!!

Upon arrival, the reception area was completely unstaffed, and despite waiting several minutes, no one appeared. I eventually sat down in the waiting room, only to discover an unmarked buzzer system that was necessary to get assistance—with zero clear indication of its purpose. After finally activating the buzzer, I was abruptly informed that my appointment was cancelled because I was 10 minutes past the scheduled time. The sheer emotional toll of having waited so long just to secure this appointment was overwhelming, and I was on the verge of tears from the entire ordeal.

Absolutely the most incompetent medical practice in Huddersfield. The service was so terrible that I was forced to transfer my healthcare elsewhere Their medical expertise seems nonexistent, and they demonstrate zero compassion, particularly towards individuals struggling with mental health challenges. The front desk personnel are monumentally unhelpful and discourteous, displaying complete indifference to patient needs. Their communication with patients is shockingly abrupt and offensive. They brazenly admit to having no concern for patient welfare.

Prescription chaos at huddersfield surgery

Absolutely dreadful medical practice with zero coordination. I submitted a prescription via their app last Saturday, expecting it to be processed by Monday, but as of Friday, February 7th, 2024, I still haven't received anything. My medication ran out on Wednesday, and I repeatedly tried calling with no success - the phone line kept disconnecting. When I visited the reception at 8:30 AM, they were completely unaware of my prescription, which they then marked as urgent. I was instructed to call back if I didn't receive a text, and when I did, they claimed the pharmacy was processing daily prescriptions. My fundamental question remains: if my prescription was marked as urgent, why hasn't it been immediately addressed when I've been without critical medication since Wednesday?

What purpose is there in accepting new patients when you're forced to wait an additional week just to schedule an appointment, even for urgent care? Moreover, why are the receptionists tasked with inquiring about my medical condition when that should be the doctor's responsibility? The receptionist was incredibly unprofessional, making unwarranted assumptions based on my old medical history and suggesting I needed antidepressants from a past treatment. As a result, I'll be seeking medical care at a different practice that offers better patient service and respect.

Painful wait and rude reception at physio

I arrived at the physiotherapy clinic on a referral, and upon entering, found no receptionist present. Given my current painful condition, standing was challenging, so I sat down. A notice on the reception window suggested calling for help, but since I was 7 minutes early and could hear ongoing treatments, I decided to wait patiently. When my appointment time arrived, the previous client emerged from the treatment room, and I expected to be seen shortly. After 4 more minutes, at 17:19 (my appointment was at 17:10), a staff member approached and abruptly questioned whether I had checked in. I explained that no one was at reception. He then confrontationally demanded to know if I had an appointment, which I confirmed was for the physiotherapist. He insisted I needed to check in and should have rung the bell, declaring that I would now not receive a full appointment due to being past the scheduled time. Considering my existing pain, the aggressive tone of communication, and the fact the previous session had barely concluded, I found this response utterly ridiculous. Unwilling to tolerate such disrespectful treatment, I left the clinic. My pre-existing anxiety about the appointment was only heightened by the unprofessional and hostile manner in which I was addressed.
