I signed up at this health centre 3 months back. Their reception staff are incredibly inefficient (though not all of them). They've promised to call or text me for 3 weeks now, and I've followed up twice. I'm still waiting!! It seems they don't understand the critical nature of handling people's health matters. The management urgently needs to invest in retraining their reception staff. 20th June 2025 I've been a patient here for almost 4 years, and every time Nurse Pep takes my blood, she ensures I feel completely at ease, always thoroughly explaining her procedures and the purpose of each test. My overall impression is that she is genuinely compassionate, personable, and welcoming - absolutely deserving of 5 stars. The Reception Team has noticeably enhanced their service, so I'm rating the surgery 4 stars. Continue your excellent work, Woodlands Health Centre.

I've been loyal to this medical practice for nearly two decades, but their recent performance has been nothing short of disheartening. Since March, I've been attempting to obtain a straightforward medical letter that is critically important to me. Despite their advertised 28-day processing time, I've been caught in a frustrating cycle of repeatedly submitting the same request, enduring endless unanswered callbacks and dismissive treatment. What compounds my exasperation is that I even drafted the letter myself to expedite the process, yet I remain trapped in an endless waiting game with no resolution in sight. It's abundantly clear that fundamental communication, accountability, and patient care have completely broken down. For an establishment I've entrusted with my healthcare for 17 years, this isn't just disappointing—it's fundamentally unacceptable. I sincerely hope the practice reflects seriously on this feedback, as patients unquestionably merit far more respectful treatment. Update: I've attempted to speak with the practice manager across four separate phone calls in recent weeks. Despite repeated assurances from reception that he would return my call, he has been conspicuously absent. Frankly, I've lost all confidence that he ever will. The situation is utterly disgraceful.
