Terrible healthcare that endangers patient's life

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This medical practice is utterly absurd! They confiscated a salbutamol inhaler from a fragile asthmatic during WINTER! Eliminated Epi pens from my prescription despite my having a life-threatening anaphylactic reaction less than six months earlier. The front desk staff are extremely rude and unpleasant. Dr Ham**d criticized me for being overweight, claimed I could die at any moment, but when I requested a letter documenting this for religious purposes, I was told I could obtain it for £50 in CASH. I have been prevented from consulting any physician other than Dr Ham**d. Now they have refused some prescriptions that were originally authorized by my respiratory specialists at a dedicated hospital! I absolutely cannot recommend this practice to anyone. UPDATES TO FOLLOW: I just received a phone call from Dr Ham**d at 7:13pm (well after standard clinic hours) to complain about my review. She was shouting at someone with serious medical conditions so loudly that my hard of hearing father heard her from three rooms away and had to take over the call and explain how inappropriate such behavior is for a doctor addressing a critically ill patient at risk of dying.

There are occasions when I receive abrupt notifications informing me that my prescription has been denied, and on alternate days, they simply lack the necessary medication. To add insult to injury, I've discovered local takeaway restaurants with more favorable reputation scores than this general practice, which effectively substantiates my criticism.
