Her interactions are markedly unprofessional, and we have encountered her deliberate rudeness on numerous occasions. The team's standards fall significantly below what one would reasonably expect from front desk personnel. Her communication style is consistently disrespectful. It is imperative that management take action and ensure their receptionists are properly trained in basic customer service etiquette, focusing on respect and courtesy when engaging with guests.

Dr. Michael Zemenides, whom I met for the first time, was incredibly welcoming with a warm smile that instantly put me at ease. He even apologized for running 10 minutes behind schedule, which I found very considerate. During the consultation, he was meticulous in reviewing my symptoms and conducting the examination, and I never felt rushed. He provided advice and made a referral. The reception staff, Joe Herbert and Mary Cronin, were equally fantastic - friendly and informative, especially regarding the new system changes. I left the appointment feeling positive and reassured. Additionally, Dr. Hameed, as a partner, has implemented wonderful improvements that clearly benefit patients.
