Worst customer service experience ever
I reached out to schedule an appointment yesterday, only to learn about some technical issue preventing any bookings. Undeterred, I called precisely at 8:00 this morning, finding myself 13th in the queue. I endured the irritating background music, hoping for a successful resolution. When my turn finally arrived, they casually informed me that the final appointment had just been allocated. How frustrating for someone like me who rarely has the opportunity to make such calls due to constant work commitments! Simply incredible how difficult they've made this process!

Rude receptionists make healthcare a frustrating nightmare
The receptionists at this facility display an unacceptable level of discourtesy. It's striking how numerous complaints exist about their unprofessional behavior, yet seemingly no action is taken. They are dishonest and offer zero constructive assistance. They promise return calls that never materialize. These individuals represent the NHS, and as an NHS employee myself, I'm deeply embarrassed. My parents have mental disabilities, and despite our repeated requests for written communication, they persistently telephone two individuals who struggle with communication. We've sought prescription assistance, and they callously claimed it was "impossible" - since when is providing a simple document such a challenging task? I intend to file a formal complaint with NHS, demanding either their immediate removal or comprehensive retraining. Their conduct is causing more harm than healing, exacerbating patients' existing challenges instead of providing supportive care.

Worst medical service ever terrible healthcare experience
Woodlands and Squires Lane are in fierce competition for the title of the worst general practice clinic. They issue prescriptions for medications that are out of stock everywhere, and when you request them to change the prescription, they simply tell you to contact the pharmacy yourself. After a week of being bounced around like a ping-pong ball, I reached the final day of my treatment deadline. To my dismay, they refused to provide a physical prescription that would allow me to check stock at multiple pharmacies. As other reviewers have noted, the receptionists consistently provide dishonest and half-hearted responses without ever following through. Multiple times I was assured that the doctor would call me back, but unsurprisingly, not a single call was received, forcing me to return to the clinic only to be dismissed again. In essence, if you enjoy being neglected and want to remain unwell, with receptionists who show absolutely no concern for patient care, Woodlands is the perfect place for you 👍
