Additionally, their physiotherapist has been tremendously supportive. Overall, I can confidently say this has been the most positive medical experience I've encountered.

I interacted with Fiona, the Irish practice manager, and was taken aback by her incredibly unprofessional demeanor. She consistently talked over me, interrupting with an aggressive and confrontational attitude that is completely inappropriate for someone in a customer service leadership role. Her communication style was far from what you'd expect from a manager. During my hospital stay in August, I gained insights into the staff's perspectives about work and the NHS. I genuinely respect and understand their challenging workload and limited resources. I'm dealing with a chronic back injury that causes me constant pain and significantly impacts my daily life. I've discussed this extensively with Dr. Chishti and Fiona, and have reached out to various surgeons and hospitals via email and written correspondence. After receiving a disheartening letter from a back surgeon, Fiona flatly stated I couldn't obtain a second opinion. Absolutely unacceptable! Now, I'm forced to escalate this matter, potentially involving my local MP, the Ministry of Defence, and the Armed Forces Minister - given that I was medically discharged after proudly serving my country. The sole bright spot at this practice is Rachel (and previously Elamine). Rachel demonstrates genuine empathy, friendliness, and goes above and beyond to help. If everyone approached their work with her compassion, the world would be a much better place! Rant complete - over to the next person!

STEER CLEAR OF THIS CLINIC! The front desk staff are completely unhelpful, creating tasks that go nowhere and receive no follow-up. Completely disoriented, I received zero support as a patient. They were useless regarding women's health, and even the doctor seemed unaware that Wythenshawe has an emergency gynecological unit that could have scheduled me quickly on 14.06.24. Their only advice was to go to A&E, nothing more. They mindlessly type on computers without providing any actual assistance. They fail to receive or process communications from hospitals, which has caused total confusion with my medical care. I underwent an operation and they didn't even arrange a basic ultrasound. Absolutely terrible medical practice.

She dismissively declared, "This isn't a walk-in clinic!" with such an arrogant attitude. Ironically, they claim to have zero tolerance for verbal abuse, yet multiple negative reviews suggest they consistently demonstrate disrespect towards patients. This isn't an isolated incident of poor treatment, and I'm absolutely determined to escalate my complaint and ensure they're held accountable for their unprofessional behavior.

I placed a medication order on the same day, yet after a week, it remains undelivered. When I asked if a disabled individual could drop off the requested sample since I was working, they flatly refused. The entire medical practice demonstrates utter incompetence.

The staff did not request any identifying information from me, such as my name or date of birth. It's worth noting that I am not a regular patient of this practice, but was referred here by my personal physician in Manchester.

For three consecutive days, I've been unable to reach them because their phone line is completely non-operational during morning hours. Every single menu option just returns a "this line is closed" message.

Absolute nightmare with our long-standing family doctor's practice! My sister attempted to secure an urgent appointment early one morning, explaining her severe respiratory distress, wheezing, and breathing difficulties. Given her autoimmune condition, even a minor illness could potentially be life-threatening. A receptionist, with zero medical expertise, dismissively refused her an appointment and callously suggested she seek advice from a pharmacist and try home remedies. Our mother then tried contacting the surgery, enduring a 45-minute hold while supposedly second in the queue. Incredibly, upon arriving at the practice, she discovered both receptionists casually chatting, with no active phone call. Eventually, an appointment was grudgingly scheduled for the following day. During her consultation, the doctor immediately recommended urgent hospital referral to Wythenshawe for an ECG, indicating suspected sepsis - a critical condition that could have been prevented with timely initial intervention. I am utterly disgusted by the complete lack of professional care, compassion, and basic medical responsibility shown towards my vulnerable sister. This unacceptable treatment WILL be formally escalated - their behavior is absolutely DISGRACEFUL.
