This medical practice is an absolute farce. From the moment I registered, I've encountered nothing but frustration. My urgent need for medication turned into a week-long battle just to secure an appointment. Their scheduling system is ridiculously inconvenient, with appointments only available at 8am—precisely when I'm stuck in work meetings, making booking impossible. After relentless pursuit, I was advised to email my blood pressure readings for a prescription. I followed their instructions exactly, only to be subsequently informed that they won't prescribe without an in-person appointment—the very thing I'd been desperately trying to obtain all week. I'm now completely out of medication with no clear path forward. Once I finally resolve this prescription issue, I'll be immediately transferring to a different medical practice.
