Nightmare medical merger leaves patients frustrated and ignored

The consolidation of these medical practices has been an absolute disaster. Despite widespread awareness of NHS budget constraints, the shambolic administration and management, combined with discourteous and dismissive personnel, have transformed this practice into complete pandemonium. Enduring a 50-minute telephone ordeal with a dysfunctional queuing system that repeatedly disconnects patients, only to be ultimately directed to a hopelessly antiquated website that leads you through an endless maze of frustration, summarizes this thoroughly deplorable encounter.

Worst medical practice ever terrible experience

I'm absolutely astounded by the incompetence of this medical practice. I arrived here a considerable time ago attempting to register (and only because I had no alternative after reading their terrible reviews). Somehow they've managed to completely misplace all my documentation and identification copies, failing to process my registration and then having the audacity to suggest I start the entire process over from scratch! The service is utterly unacceptable, and the staff's attitude is nothing short of unprofessional and rude!

Unacceptable medical service for urgent child care

Absolutely dreadful! The most appalling customer service I've ever encountered! I was unable to schedule an appointment for my child over two consecutive days - we sought guidance at Boots, contacted 111, and everyone agreed he requires antibiotics, but only a GP can prescribe them. Yet they're completely booked solid at 8:17 AM? Seriously?! I attempted to call them starting at 7:59 AM and hit a complete roadblock.

Exceptional care from a compassionate doctor

I've received outstanding care from Woodlands, especially from Dr Kemp, who has been truly exceptional. Although there was a bit of a wait for my non-urgent phone consultation, Dr Kemp promptly offered me an in-person appointment on the same day, and I experienced top-tier medical attention both during the visit and in subsequent follow-up. Fantastic gp with helpful staff and quick service

I've been registered with this general practice for twelve months now. Typically in good health, my interactions have been limited but consistently excellent. On one occasion out of roughly ten visits, a receptionist seemed slightly abrupt, but when I explained my unfamiliarity with their procedures, she immediately became supportive and kind. The electronic consultation system is fantastic! It's user-friendly and doctors provide prompt reviews. Compared to my previous practice, this GP surgery stands out positively. I've also observed the reception staff going above and beyond to assist patients, which is more compassionate than I've typically seen in other healthcare settings, and I speak from professional experience in the health sector.

Terrible healthcare that fails its patients completely

The service is utterly appalling, with staff displaying a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. I'm stuck with this practice against my will, having been transferred from Dr. Sharma without any prior notification. Every time I call, their standard response is to direct me to dial 111 or visit the emergency room. Hang on - aren't I actually registered with a GP? Why should I be unnecessarily burdening hospital resources? Fine, I'll go to A&E since they're clearly unwilling to assist a patient who already manages complex health conditions and doesn't require additional medical intervention. The entire experience is reprehensible and demonstrates a total disregard for patient care.
