Bad!

Frustrating registration process with unclear patient criteria

Transferring to this medical practice from another surgery is a complete non-starter, even if you're a local resident in Banbury. They flatly refuse patients already living in the area, which is incredibly frustrating. Their website claims they're welcoming new patients and encourages walk-in registration, but provides zero clarity about geographical eligibility. The entire registration process is utterly disheartening, leaving you with absolutely no viable options to become their patient.

Bad!

Terrible service left my sick child without help

I reached out early in the day seeking urgent medical attention for my child. After being left on hold for nearly half an hour, a nurse ultimately informed me they couldn't provide any assistance. Absolutely unacceptable.

Bad!

Worst medical experience ever avoid at all costs

Absolutely the most useless and discourteous staff imaginable Zero communication skills, complete absence of compassion Perpetually late, which seems typical for medical professionals Urgent requests consistently ignored While already dealing with significant health challenges, their sheer incompetence only amplifies the distress and frustration

Great!

Quick and reliable pediatric care every time

Scheduling visits is always smooth, particularly when bringing in kids. While there might be a bit of a wait, it's on par with what you'd typically encounter at other general practitioner offices.

Bad!

Terrible service that ruined my life insurance

Terrible establishment. Consistently behind schedule. The front desk staff displays a dismissive attitude, showing little empathy or willingness to assist, falling far short of expected customer service standards. To make matters worse, I've just discovered that my life insurance policy has been terminated because Woodlands surgery failed to provide necessary documentation to my insurer within the required timeframe, forcing me to restart the entire process from scratch.

Bad!

Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff

Absolutely dreadful medical procedure and perpetually congested phone lines. Following a two-week wait for an appointment, it was abruptly canceled, forcing another week of delay. The receptionist offers unsolicited guidance without understanding the specifics of my situation. Completely unacceptable.

Bad!

Worst healthcare experience ever total nightmare

Utterly unacceptable. The wait periods are absurd. Getting an appointment is nearly impossible. I've been suffering from persistent headaches for nearly two months and extremely elevated blood pressure. Received home testing kits and was instructed to return for average readings, but when I went back, the physician was completely oblivious to my previous instructions. Then suddenly declared I required an urgent 24-hour blood pressure monitoring... yet three days later, I'm still waiting. To make matters worse, I never encounter the same doctor twice. Absolutely deplorable service.

Frustrating wait for a parking space

Waiting to secure a spot has been incredibly frustrating. I've been eager to get in for a week now, and the uncertainty of finding an available space is wearing me down.

Bad!

Terrible service and long wait times at clinic

Terrible experience. Every single visit has been delayed by over 40 minutes, and once you're finally seen, the doctors rush you through the consultation. To make matters worse, scheduling an appointment is a nightmare, with at least a week-long wait, and there's always a chance they'll cancel on you.

Bad!

Terrible healthcare experience with incompetent medical staff

These medical professionals are a complete disappointment. Their contact line operates on an expensive premium rate number, and when you finally secure an appointment, you're forced to endure wait times up to two hours beyond your scheduled slot. I'm seriously questioning whether these so-called physicians have even received proper medical training.
