If I could assign them a rating lower than zero, I'd be thrilled. The front desk staff desperately need comprehensive training in patient interaction and clearly lack any semblance of compassion. I've been forced to raise my voice just to be acknowledged, which is completely unacceptable. Their professional conduct is shockingly subpar. I'm genuinely curious about their hiring process and what minimal standards they use for recruitment. Their behavior is nothing short of offensive, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional. The physician during my phone consultation was blatantly eager to terminate the call, allocating me barely half a minute of his time. I had no opportunity to collect my thoughts or articulate my concerns as he rapidly brushed me aside. I will absolutely be seeking a new medical practice immediately. Anyone considering registering with this clinic should run in the opposite direction right now !!!!!!

Rude receptionist ruined my entire medical experience
I'm not typically one to pen reviews, but the circumstances of this particular encounter absolutely demand management's attention due to its unacceptable nature. While conversing with a bespectacled, older receptionist about some personal matters, she displayed an incredibly discourteous and interrupting demeanor throughout our interaction. She consistently cut me off and seemed to imply she knew everything about my situation, making indirect and condescending comments. Such unprofessional behavior should not be tolerated, and if this happened to another person, I wouldn't be shocked if they strongly complained. Furthermore, the fact that staff are eating at their desk while simultaneously attempting to communicate, with food in their mouth no less, is utterly inappropriate. The entire experience felt like I was speaking to someone who was completely indifferent and disengaged from providing any meaningful customer service. This level of disrespect is simply unacceptable.

Terrible service and rude staff at woodlands
Utterly appalling service. I've been registered with this practice for two years, and suddenly I'm told I'm out of the catchment area and must leave. The reception staff were incredibly discourteous, instructing me to find another practice. I informed them via the NHS website that I could remain registered with limited home visits. They repeatedly promised since September to provide clarity, but I heard nothing and assumed everything was fine. This morning, I received a call from a middle-aged receptionist who desperately needs etiquette training! She demanded I find a new practice immediately. After calling local surgeries and finding them all full, I contacted Woodlands again, explaining my situation and requesting to stay until February when I'm due to give birth and still seeing my midwife there. She was incredibly rude, constantly interrupting me and suggesting local practices I'd already confirmed were full. She then put me on hold mid-conversation and abruptly hung up. When trying to register elsewhere, I discovered my NHS records have been deleted, preventing access to my medical history. I now have an upcoming prescription and no midwife. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this practice. I wish I could rate them zero stars, but the system doesn't allow it.

I reached out seeking support for my mental well-being following a traumatic home invasion and motorbike theft, and Dr. Ullah dismissively instructed me to resume antidepressants, criticizing my previous decision to stop medication (despite being stable for three months until this incident). When I pleaded for alternative treatment or immediate assistance, explaining my current state of constant trembling, emotional instability, and uncontrollable crying, he treated me with complete indifference and spoke to me condescendingly, as if I were a child. Worst doctor ever avoid at all costs
Dr Ullah ranks among the least compassionate and discourteous physicians I've encountered. My partner and I have been patients for several months, and our experience with this medical practice has been abysmal. When you schedule a telephone consultation, you're greeted by an extremely discourteous, condescending, and unprofessional doctor (Dr Ullah) who seems intent on ending the call as rapidly as possible and goes to great lengths to discourage you from visiting the surgery. During my most recent phone consultation, he abruptly terminated the call midway and made no attempt to reconnect. This is a disgraceful representation of a general practice, and the NHS should thoroughly investigate this surgery. I will definitely be changing healthcare providers and cannot recommend this practice under any circumstances.

Terrible medical experience with incompetent staff
Honestly, I was skeptical about the negative reviews until I experienced this place firsthand. The reception staff are incompetent at basic tasks like getting your name right, and registering is a nightmare. Once you somehow manage to book in, they'll still fail to recognize you upon arrival. Even when you're the only person present, you'll be made to wait and miss your appointment because they lack the basic intelligence to identify you as the patient who supposedly "didn't show up." I'm not exaggerating - they actually called me to ask why I hadn't arrived while I was sitting right in front of the receptionist. If you somehow survive the registration process and get to see a doctor, prepare for a nightmare. I had to fight just to get the doctor to acknowledge my health concern and examine me. After 15 minutes of being told I didn't understand my own health, he reluctantly used his smartphone as a makeshift flashlight to peek into my mouth and then casually remarked, "Oh, I'd be worried if I were you." The entire encounter was disgustingly unprofessional and unhygienic. It's been over four weeks, and I'm still waiting for any follow-up or referral. At this point, I'd trust a random homeless person's medical advice over this so-called healthcare professional. Save yourself the trouble and find a real doctor with actual medical training and a shred of professional courtesy. I'm genuinely stunned by how terrible this experience was - I've never before left a GP's office wanting to confront the doctor. I'm forced to give at least one star, but this is truly a zero-star review. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.

The doctor has been incredibly supportive in addressing our medical concerns. He proactively administered flu shots without us having to request them. Whenever test results are ready, he personally calls to inform us. He also helped schedule an appointment with a female physician for specific women's health matters. He ensures all details are meticulously recorded in the computer system. I have absolutely no criticisms thus far. In fact, I'm thoroughly satisfied.
