Terrible doctor with zero compassion and respect

This was an absolutely terrible encounter, particularly with Dr. Inayat Ullah. He began yelling at me while I was attempting to describe my pain in detail. He successfully ruined my entire day, leaving me feeling devastated and dejected. I cannot comprehend why he behaves so unprofessionally towards patients. If he has such disdain for his work or for people, why did he even choose to become a medical professional? What's even more frustrating is that there seems to be no avenue for filing a complaint about his appalling conduct.

Frustrating prescription delay with poor communication

I submitted a recurring prescription to the front desk along with my wife's on Monday. By Wednesday, her medication was ready for pickup at the pharmacy, but mine was not. I repeatedly called the pharmacy to inquire about the status of my prescription. This morning, Friday, I was compelled to contact the medical practice to follow up. The receptionist appeared noticeably annoyed by their internal mistake, offering no explanation for why my prescription hadn't been forwarded to the pharmacy. I was informed I could collect my medication later that evening, after which the receptionist curtly terminated the call. Your promotional message claims exceptional patient service - I'm still waiting to witness any indication of such commitment!!!!!!

Terrible healthcare left me with no options

I suffered a severe burn that became infected, so I called the practice hoping for help. However, I was completely stonewalled by the receptionist who refused to let me see either the doctor or nurse. When I requested a phone consultation, I was flatly denied and only offered an appointment a week later. I was desperately trying to prevent a trip to the emergency room, but ultimately had no choice since I urgently needed antibiotics. The level of care was absolutely unacceptable. I will definitely be switching medical practices as soon as possible.

While some patients complain about his no-nonsense style, I appreciate how he manages the surgery.
