Heartless surgery refused to help our newborn baby

Despite being registered patients at this medical practice, they refused to examine our newborn who was just a week old, claiming he wasn't registered with the doctor. We explained that we were in the process of registering his name, but they still turned away our sick infant! IT'S UNBELIEVABLE THAT THEY WOULD REJECT A WEEK-OLD BABY IN NEED OF MEDICAL ATTENTION!

Terrible service and long wait at medical practice

I booked an online appointment for 8:15 am and arrived at the medical practice punctually. Despite being there on time, I wasn't seen until 8:40 am. When I inquired with the receptionist about the delay, she assured me I would be next, yet the doctor had no previous patients. When I was finally seen at 8:40 am, the doctor made no attempt to apologize for the significant wait. As a result, I am now completely dissatisfied and actively searching for a new medical practice to replace this unacceptable service.

Worst medical experience ever

A complete farce. Consulting a kindergartener in a physician costume would provide more competent medical guidance. This so-called healthcare professional attributes every medical condition to smoking and alcohol consumption, and believes paracetamol is a universal remedy. He appears completely disinterested in patient input, merely sitting and mindlessly clicking his keyboard - seemingly more engaged with his stock portfolio or online card games than actual medical care. Following this morning's pointless consultation, I'm actively searching for a replacement doctor.
