I would give this place zero stars if I could. It's incredibly frustrating because communication is virtually impossible. When you attempt to call, the automated system claims all agents are occupied and simply instructs you to call back later, abruptly ending the call. Their enquiry and results lines are only operational from noon, which is absurdly inconvenient - why should patients be forced to wait until midday just to get information? The administrative staff seem perpetually unavailable. Numerous times I've tried reaching out about my medical records or requesting documents, and after the phone rings endlessly, you're directed to leave a message. Despite following these instructions, no one ever responds. Attempting to schedule an appointment is equally challenging. How can a medical facility expect patients to seek assistance when they can't even connect with reception? I'm seriously considering changing healthcare providers because this constant runaround is exhausting and unacceptable.

The front desk staff might seem occupied, requiring a bit of patience, but they're incredibly supportive once you connect with them. Their approach to prioritizing medical concerns is commendable - while routine appointments for my husband or myself might require a two-week wait, they were remarkably responsive when my infant was unwell, accommodating her immediately on two separate instances. I've specifically consulted with Mr. Weaver and Mrs. Weaver, both of whom are exceptional practitioners. Whenever I'm under their care, I feel completely confident and reassured.

Terrible doctors ruin patient experience at clinic
Two physicians at this facility are absolutely deplorable and should not be practicing medicine... Extremely discourteous and condescending. The female doctor is unbelievable - she is so disrespectful and lacks any interpersonal skills. The male doctor is even more problematic. I strongly advise avoiding both these practitioners. These doctors urgently need to be replaced. Management must investigate and remove them from the centre. The reviews of this centre are deeply troubling, and significant changes must be implemented to improve the situation. A 2.9-star rating is well below acceptable standards for a medical practice and is completely unacceptable. This appears to be nothing more than a family-run business. Anyone considering joining this practice would be far better off seeking care elsewhere. The staff nurse, Kerry, is undoubtedly the best employee they have. Having been a patient here for a decade, I can confidently say she should be retained - she is incredibly kind and welcoming.

Frustrating phone system wastes precious patient time
The appointment phone system is completely unacceptable. Multiple times, I've been first in line, yet waiting 30 to 60 minutes for a response! They claim to start taking calls at 8am, but I can't comprehend why it takes such an extended period to address the initial caller. Getting through to them via telephone is essentially futile, and the whole experience is utterly absurd!
