Initially, the appointment was arranged as a telephone consultation. However, after I described the situation concerning my child, the clinician kindly offered to see us in person for a quick blood test to investigate a particular concern. The clinician efficiently collected the blood sample themselves to expedite matters, and I subsequently delivered it to the laboratory myself. Fantastic, kind clinician and practice — thank you!
