1/10 -- Fancy spending an hour on hold, serenaded by a repetitive classical music snippet, before finally reaching one of two receptionists?!? - Excited about a three-week wait to see a doctor? - Thrilled by the prospect of incorrect or delayed prescriptions?!? - Eager to arrive at appointments with the wrong staff members?!? -- Then this clinic is perfect for you! We excel at everything!! -- * Compassionate staff trapped under incompetent management. * Patient feedback? Guaranteed to be completely ignored. No changes will ever be considered! * Massive inefficiencies designed to maximize your frustration. Someone's definitely profiting from your time and suffering, WITHOUT A DOUBT!! * Hoping for any level of service? Too bad. Oopsie daisy!! We simply couldn't care less. * Why hire additional staff?! While the morning telephone wait times were somewhat lengthy, this seemed a reasonable trade-off given the exceptional care provided. Overall, my experience was remarkably comforting and helped alleviate my typical medical-related stress.

Same day appointments saved my life

I've been a patient at Woodseats medical centre since 2014, and I can honestly say I've never struggled to secure a same-day appointment! Sure, you need to call at 08:30 and might wait on hold for half an hour, but that's pretty standard for most practices. Their relocation to the new building across the road was incredibly beneficial, and I've consistently found the staff and clinicians to be incredibly welcoming and attentive. It's genuinely disappointing that I'll no longer be able to use this practice after moving over 45 minutes away. I have absolutely zero complaints about the medical centre and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a tranquil and immaculate reception area, prompt prescription services, and efficient care. Among my friends, I've always been known for my frequent doctor visits, and thanks to Woodseats' reliable scheduling, I could maintain that reputation. 😁

Endless wait for critical medicine

I've reached my breaking point with this surgery's sheer incompetence. The moment I sort this out, I'm immediately registering with a different practice. I spent a week waiting for medication to be sent to Pharmacy2U, and when I finally called to follow up after running out (already suffering painful side effects), they informed me I needed to consult a doctor first - how considerate of them to mention that now. I insisted on immediate prescription issuance and provided my local pharmacy details for collection. They dispatched the next day to Pharmacy2U, which takes 3 days to deliver. I'm now on day two without medication, and the pain is unbearable. Currently facing a 26-person queue to resolve this issue. This is the second instance of their appalling incompetence just this year, and we're only in week 5.
