I have been a patient at this practice for approximately three years, attending on several occasions. During my visits, I encountered a clinician whose approach I found to lack genuine concern for patient wellbeing and who displayed what I perceived as an air of self-importance combined with limited compassion. Beyond this, I experienced what I felt to be clinical errors during my care, including an instance where I believe incorrect information was recorded regarding which area required imaging. This was one of several concerns that arose from my interactions. Due to these experiences, I have decided to seek healthcare elsewhere and would encourage others to consider alternative options for their medical needs.

Different doctors gave conflicting weight assessments

A few months back I attended the practice for a routine health assessment, during which measurements including weight and height were taken. I was informed that my weight was within an appropriate range for my height at that time. On a subsequent visit, a different clinician performed the same measurements and recorded a different figure, yet concluded that my weight had become a concern. Following this, I received a diagnosis related to eating behaviours, despite having gained weight since the earlier appointment. I find it troubling that two healthcare professionals could reach such different conclusions about my health status based on their assessments. I struggle to understand how my health could be considered worse when my weight has actually increased since the first visit.
