Arranging an appointment is extremely straightforward and we've never had to wait more than a couple of days for an appointment. Upon arrival, the reception team are always polite and friendly. I was fortunate to secure an appointment at the practice promptly. The clinician demonstrated considerable expertise, genuine compassion, and thoughtfulness throughout the consultation. I felt genuinely supported and cared for, received my prescribed medication without delay, and I am deeply appreciative and reassured by the experience. Excellent services from the reception team, the nursing staff were great, well knowledgeable, very friendly, and provided excellent service with a great atmosphere. In fact, all the nursing team are very friendly and helpful, and the GP appointments were great. It's unfortunate that I'm moving away but I will miss their service. I give them a 5/5 rating.

Quick appointment and prescription sorted same day

During a visit to Coniston, I needed to obtain some medication. I contacted the surgery at approximately 8.15 on a Friday morning and was promptly offered an appointment at 9.40am. I arrived a short while early to complete visitor registration. As the practice has an on-site dispensary, I had received my medication by 10.00am. The staff were welcoming, approachable and worked with impressive speed. Given how uncommon face-to-face appointments have become in recent times, this experience felt particularly noteworthy. I am very grateful to everyone involved.

Practice refused to see injured infant

My former partner experienced a fall while holding our infant child, who sustained an injury to his face resulting in bleeding from the nose and mouth. She contacted the local medical practice seeking an assessment to ensure he was alright, but was told they could not see him. Concerned about his condition, she reached out to me. As I was working nearby, I came to assist and she subsequently took him to the hospital for evaluation. I was disappointed by what I perceived as an unwillingness from the medical practices involved to examine a young child following a significant injury, particularly given the circumstances and her understandable worry about his wellbeing.
