Utterly unacceptable medical negligence. I visited the clinic to discuss my neurological symptoms and complete loss of leg sensation due to an underlying condition, only to be hastily prescribed Parkinson's medication despite being in my 30s. No vital signs were checked, no comprehensive assessment was conducted to verify the appropriateness of the treatment. The standard of care has drastically declined. This incident represents just one of numerous examples showcasing their abysmal medical practice.

Booking appointments has always been seamless; I've never encountered difficulties getting through by phone or been denied seeing a physician, and the treatment received has consistently been professional and compassionate. When I was battling a chest infection accompanied by an elevated heart rate, Dr. Marquis went above and beyond, personally calling me in the evening after my daytime consultation, purely out of genuine concern - how incredibly thoughtful is that!

A mix of competent and subpar physicians can be found at this practice. Dr. Rowe, based on my multiple interactions, is disappointingly inadequate. Her approach is characterized by impatience, a lack of commitment to optimal patient care, and a dismissive attitude towards patients who demonstrate a higher level of medical understanding. In contrast, the other general practitioners at this clinic are significantly more professional and offer a markedly improved level of service.
