I hear lots of negative comments about this medical practice but I have to say that my own experience has been a positive one. Most recently, most of my interactions have been about managing a respiratory condition. Thanks to the help and advice I received at the specialist clinic I can now undertake physical activities without experiencing breathlessness, I am exercising outdoors for at least an hour every day and I feel like a new person. I haven't felt this good in years!!! The knock on effect on my mental wellbeing and quality of life has been fantastic. I would like to pass on my thanks to the whole team.

As a long-standing patient at the practice, I have consistently experienced high-quality care and support throughout my time there.

Helpful advice despite repeated booking system failures

The second part of my health review appointment went well and the clinical staff member provided me with helpful guidance. However, I continue to experience difficulties with the practice's appointment management system, which was unavailable once again. There appears to be significant staffing challenges, whether due to high staff turnover or frequent absences. To clarify my previous comments, I was referring to the check-in process when arriving for my appointment at the surgery, as the system was offline yet again.
