Reception staff went the extra mile with follow-up

I would just like to say how very helpful and reassuring the receptionist was on Friday and again today, having phoned me this morning as she said she would try to do if an appointment became available for me to see the clinician, which she successfully arranged for an appointment today. On arrival at the practice and checking in, as I walked into the reception area, I was greeted warmly and directed to the appropriate floor. That I felt was a very nice touch in such a busy environment and made me feel welcome. This was my second appointment with the clinician and on both occasions he made me feel comfortable and demonstrated that he had sufficient time to listen. He went into everything in detail and discussed different options for a plan going forward, whilst also ensuring that I understood everything. I would just like to say that the practice, as always, gives a first class service and has very polite and helpful teams in all areas to help and give the support when needed. Well done to the practice team. Kind regards and thank you.
