Frustrating care after eight months of waiting

I have absolutely zero confidence in this medical practice after struggling with an ongoing issue for over eight months. They continuously shuffle me around, making me feel like an inconvenience and burden. Despite only seeking medical attention when absolutely critical, I expect to receive proper care and attention. The overall standard of patient service is seriously lacking, and I believe their duty of care requires significant improvement. Moreover, the reception staff are consistently discourteous and seem to behave as if they are more important than medical professionals. The sole redeeming aspect of this surgery is Dr. Withers, who is the only physician willing to genuinely listen and engage with patients.

At this facility, I've had an outstanding experience with the right medical professionals. One mental health physician stands out as particularly compassionate and supportive, and a recently added former paramedic is equally impressive—meticulous and attentive during examinations. The staff here have consistently provided exceptional care, with almost all doctors going above and beyond, even staying after hours to assist me. The only exception is one female doctor who didn't meet the same high standard.

Confusing and unhelpful doctor's office scheduling

The scheduling system here is a complete mess, leading to unnecessary complications and irritation. During my phone consultation, the doctor's only response was "you need to come in," and when I explained I was traveling and asked to book for two days later, they rigidly stated "we only do same-day appointments, call back Thursday." When I followed up with reception on Thursday, they claimed there were no existing notes about my needed visit and insisted I undergo another phone consultation. This pointless bureaucratic runaround has essentially squandered a valuable doctor's appointment slot that could have been used to help another patient.

I must respectfully disagree with the previous negative commentary, as I can only share my personal experience alongside my mother's. The service we've received has been absolutely exceptional. While Ok pharmacy can occasionally involve longer waiting times, I personally interact with Dr. Graham, and for my mother, Dr. Molden has been involved. Although I cannot speak to other practitioners, these two doctors have provided outstanding care that I can only describe as top-tier.

Terrible front desk staff. They consistently shift blame onto the pharmacy for prescription mistakes. The physicians seem solely motivated by financial gain, showing no genuine concern. Regrettably, I'm trapped with these incompetent individuals as my healthcare providers until I relocate. To anyone considering moving to this area, I strongly advise finding alternative medical care. These buffoons will only exacerbate your health issues, and securing a medical appointment is utterly laughable.
