Terrible healthcare with zero customer support
The service is absolutely terrible. I repeatedly tried calling for 3-4 consecutive days, but no one ever answered. What's even more frustrating is that their online system indicates YORK SURGERY is open, yet when I called around 8:00 or 8:30, they claim they're closed. Such a pointless service. They only seem interested in offering appointments after patients have potentially suffered serious consequences. Hands down the most worthless service I've ever encountered.

The surgery management should implement a digital patient booking platform via mobile app or website to streamline queuing and reduce systemic stress. Taxpayers are expecting timely, high-quality healthcare services, yet it appears Redbridge and this surgery are neglecting fundamental service standards. Dr. Yasmin Hossain is hands-down the most incompetent physician I've encountered. Her bedside manner is abysmal, and her time management is a complete disaster. Despite having a scheduled appointment at 3:10, I wasn't seen until 4:20 - this level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable.

The front desk staff are completely unprofessional. I arrived to register with a general practitioner, and all three receptionists were absorbed in their computer screens - two huddled around one monitor and another at a separate workstation. Not a single one made any effort to even briefly recognize my presence or offer a quick "I'll be right with you" moment. One halfheartedly mumbled something, but after waiting five minutes while they continued typing, I decided to leave. What an absolute waste of time and a pathetic excuse for a medical practice.
