The service is absolutely terrible. I repeatedly tried calling for 3-4 consecutive days, but no one ever answered. What's even more frustrating is that their online system indicates YORK SURGERY is open, yet when I called around 8:00 or 8:30, they claim they're closed. Such a pointless service. They only seem interested in offering appointments after patients have potentially suffered serious consequences. Hands down the most worthless service I've ever encountered.

This surgery must reassess patient management strategies and potentially redirect patients to alternative medical facilities or nearby health centers. The surgery management should implement a digital patient booking platform via mobile app or website to streamline queuing and reduce systemic stress. Taxpayers are expecting timely, high-quality healthcare services, yet it appears Redbridge and this surgery are neglecting fundamental service standards. I earnestly hope management comprehensively reviews and improves their customer service inter-protocols.
