If you're seeking a private hire license medical certificate, steer clear of this place's waiting process. I was left unemployed for two months because of the staff's careless attitude, and I visited daily attempting to obtain the document. After two months of frustration, I switched to a different GP and received the certificate within just three days. I'm warning all private hire drivers to stay away from this medical practice if you want to maintain your employment and avoid the financial losses I experienced. Absolutely useless service.

When I needed to schedule an appointment for my knee, I spoke with Shanti - an incredibly pleasant, courteous, and compassionate representative. She informed me about the booking process, which I completed the following day. At 8:30am, I made the call with minimal waiting time and secured a 10:40 appointment. I arrived early at 10:30 and was greeted by wonderfully friendly, professional, and welcoming receptionists. By 10:41, I was seeing the doctor - another delightful professional who attentively listened, arranged an MRI, and even addressed my hayfever concerns (something my wife's clinic would never do, as they restrict discussions to a single issue). I was back home by 10:55. The service was exceptional - so outstanding that I want to keep them all to myself and not recommend them to anyone else! Tremendous kudos to the entire staff - truly exceptional work!

Completely unacceptable surgical experience with incompetent personnel. The entire team, including the supposed Practice Manager, seems unprofessional and unable to communicate effectively. Her lack of understanding of basic protocols is shocking, and I'm bewildered how she ever obtained her management position given her poor communication with patients. What was once a reliable medical practice has now deteriorated into a completely useless operation due to the substandard staff.
