Frustrating healthcare system with endless waiting

Waited over an hour, and when the call finally goes through, they inform me no appointments are available today or in the coming days. Attempted to book at 8 am, but the call never connects. Now they're suggesting showing up in person at 8 am. This entire process for a simple GP appointment is absurdly inefficient - worse than healthcare systems in developing nations, especially shocking in a country that claims to be among the world's wealthiest. I'm utterly bewildered by this unacceptable healthcare access situation.

Terrible service and frustrating healthcare experience

If a zero-star rating were possible, I would choose it. I'm seriously considering finding a new general practitioner. 1. Even during urgent situations, you'll find yourself stuck in a queue for 20-30 minutes before finally reaching reception. 2. After registering, they completely neglected to schedule my routine health examination for months, despite my persistent inquiries. 3. They arbitrarily assign appointments without proper communication, causing you to miss slots and then wait additional weeks for a new booking. I'm not claiming everything is terrible, and some staff members are genuinely helpful, but I cannot risk my family's health when we need reliable medical care the most.

The personnel at this establishment are incredibly discourteous. They demand £25 merely to draft a verification letter, yet they can't even compose it correctly, failing to identify the registrant's gender. More frustratingly, they instruct you to schedule an appointment for 8am, but when you call, you're left waiting two hours, only to be met with a dismissive "sorry, we're fully booked" response. Upon arriving at the clinic, you'll find half the space unoccupied, with staff members idly chatting and mindlessly scrolling through their phones 😒

Worst customer service ever, total waste of time

Absolutely worthless service. I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for more than a week, and no one seems capable of answering the phone. They claim you must call at 8:00 AM, but when you finally do and endure a two-hour wait, they simply respond with: "Sorry, call back tomorrow at 8:00 AM when the appointment line is open..." It's utterly ridiculous.
